BSC Rifle Range
The Birmingham-Southern College air rifle team practices and hosts competitions in the BSC Rifle Range, located in the operations center on the Hilltop campus. The range features a five-lane regulation firing range, which also serves as a firearms facility for the BSC Campus Police.
Host of numerous in-season tournaments, the BSC Rifle Range has been put to good use by the Panther program.
In addition to the physical facility, the BSC rifle team enjoys the advantage of computer tracking software that follows the sites of a shooter, recording trends, patterns and other statistics useful in the coaching and training process. The range features locker facilities for each shooter.
